We are seeking a dedicated Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources efforts for the North Region of Germany. You will lead a dedicated team of HR Business Partners, influence key stakeholders across multiple properties, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to our business success.

As a Regional HR Manager, you will:
- Decide and implement the strategic HR direction for the North Region portfolio.
- Deploy a comprehensive 3-year HR plan, encompassing engagement surveys, productivity initiatives, employer branding, talent development, and HR tech implementation.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of HR Business Partners, acting as a key sparring partner for their professional development.
- Guide the formation and establishment of HR structures for the new portfolio, including clustering HR roles and managing unionization efforts.
- Oversee and manage payroll processes, financial forecasting, and budgeting for the region, actively participating in P&L and forecast calls.
- Lead the implementation of new HR systems, including the replacement of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Core HRIS, and Time and Attendance systems.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement strategies to reduce turnover across the region.
- Optimize manning structures and implement productivity initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers (GMs), Heads of Department (HODs), VP Operations, Head of Hotel Finance, and other Area HR Managers.
- Travel up to 40% within the North Region to support on-site teams. (2 days home based and 3 days travelling).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience leading multi‑site HR operations within the luxury sector or other high‑performance, brand‑driven environments.
- Proven track record in guiding and developing HR teams, acting as an empathetic, pragmatic, and decisive people leader.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse senior stakeholders, including General Managers and functional Heads.
- In‑depth knowledge and practical application of German labor law.
- Solid experience in P&L oversight, financial forecasting, and strategic budgeting.
- Strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and confidently challenge established practices when necessary.
- Professional working proficiency in English and full professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Northern Region of Germany.
- Experience with HR system implementations (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Core HRIS, Time and Attendance systems).
- Familiarity with luxury standards and operations.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to foster team growth and performance.
