Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing international company in the food service sector, is currently expanding its operations in Italy and is looking to incorporate an Administration & Accounting Manager based in Milan.

This role will be key in supporting the business locally, overseeing the administrative and accounting function for a network of approximately 30 points of sale (and growing). It is a highly operational and hands-on position, ideal for professionals who enjoy working in dynamic, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the accounting and administrative function in Italy
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local accounting standards
Monitor and control financial operations across multiple locations (points of sale)
Establish and improve processes, procedures and internal controls
Coordinate with external partners (e.g. advisors) and internal shared services
Provide support to the Country Manager in day-to-day business operations

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
10–15 years of experience in accounting/administration roles
Strong experience in retail, GDO or multi-site environments
Solid knowledge of general accounting and closing processes
Hands-on, proactive and autonomous profile
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
Advanced level of English (Spanish is a plus)
